Owner-occupied homes are not eligible for physical inventory staging. Owner-occupied homes receive a home prep punchlist, home styling advice and/or virtual staging. Out-of-area listings may be eligible only for virtual staging. Free cleaning includes house detail cleaning, window and screen cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Only vacant properties are eligible for ongoing maintenance cleaning.
